Shipping Information
We’re pleased to offer free shipping on all orders! Typically, you can expect your order to arrive within 3-5 business days from the shipping date. If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive separately. While we aim to meet these delivery timelines, unforeseen delays can occur. Should this happen, we’ll keep you updated.
Order Tracking
After your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details and the name of the courier service. You can also track your order status in the “My Account” section under “Orders,” available 24 hours after dispatch.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Starting a Return
If you need to return a product, please submit your request within 7 days of delivery for wrong or expired items. For damaged or missing products, let us know within 2 days of receiving your order. You can initiate a return by filling out the request form on our website or using the chat feature for assistance.
Return Process
Once we receive your return request, we’ll review it within 2 business days. If approved, our courier partner will arrange to pick up the items from you. If pickup isn’t available in your area, you may need to self-ship the items via a reliable courier, and we’ll reimburse your shipping costs.
Return Conditions
You can return products if:
- You received the wrong item.
- The item is expired.
- The product is damaged or the packaging is tampered with.
- Items are missing or incomplete.
However, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used products.
- Items without original packaging.
- Requests submitted more than 7 days after delivery for non-damaged products.
- Reports of damaged or missing items after 2 days from delivery.
Refunds
If you cancel an order or return an item, refunds for prepaid orders will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days. For Cash on Delivery, we’ll need your bank details to issue the refund.

Partial Returns
